Site updates

So I recently started a new project at work there for most of my time has been spend preparing for that job and since 3 days actually getting started up with the project. The job itself is pretty neat, I get to resolve issues for local governments throughout the entire Netherlands.

The issues are related to the introduction of a very cool searching mechanism which give local governments the possibility to act as an "open door" for all kinds of government information. For example:

If I was looking into hosting some sort of event in Antarctica I can find this information on the website of my local government without the content actually being physically on that website. The search mechanism find this information on a broader level and routes it through to the local website.

So when I get accustomed to the new working environment I hope to find some time after work to actually start building further on a theme for this site and build new functionality.
